The promotion begins on February 10, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. and ends on February 13, 2025 at 4:00 p.m., once the participation period is over or when the corresponding prizes have been exhausted; whichever comes first. There will be a total of: one (1) winner with their companion. The draw ends on February 13 at 4:00 pm.

This promotion is valid only in Puerto Rico. Taxes, if any, that entail the acceptance of the prize, are the responsibility of the winning person. All prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable in cash. Legal residents of Puerto Rico over 21 years of age who are T-Mobile customers can participate, except employees, family members, or people directly related to T-Mobile Puerto Rico, prize providers, DDB Latina Puerto Rico, and its advertising, public relations and promotion agencies. Family members up to the fourth degree of consanguinity or second degree by affinity and persons who live with employees of T-Mobile Puerto Rico, or its affiliated or subsidiary entities, are not eligible to participate. Employees or contractors of corporations, associations and entities related to the development of the draw, production agencies, prize providers or distribution of the promotion product are also excluded from participation.

Winners: One (1) winner and their companion will receive the following prizes: roundtrip flights from Puerto Rico to Miami from February 19-21, 2025, transportation, hotel accommodations on those same dates, tickets to see the Lo Nuestro Awards, and a $500 Visa gift card, all valued at approximately $3,000.

The draw will be held on February 14, 2025 at 10:00 am, among entries that comply with these rules. One (1) winner and one (1) alternate winner will be selected to award the prize in case one of the winners does not redeem it.

The prize winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and/or Facebook, which will provide the procedure and contacts to redeem their prize. The prizes will be awarded via email. To claim the prize, the winner must present/submit official personal identification such as: driver's license, voter card or passport. The winner will also subscribe to a release of liability and acceptance of the prize provided by the sponsor.

Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the person whose name appears as the sender on the winning entry. The Prize and all its components will not be transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Prize winners agree, as a requirement for prize acceptance, to release T-Mobile US, T-Mobile Puerto Rico, Univision, prize providers, DDB Latina Puerto Rico, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all those associated with the development and execution of this promotion, from any liability in connection with, or in any way related to, this promotion or the acceptance, or use/misuse of the prizes, including liability for mental, moral, physical personal injury including serious bodily injury and death, damage of any nature, or financial loss. The prizes will be awarded with the usual guarantees of the supplier of the product or service.

The winning person grants the sponsors, simply by accepting and using the prize, the right to publish and announce their name, voice, image, photograph, or video in any advertising medium in the country and on the Internet, without any compensation. Contest entries will be null and void if it is determined that fraud or cheating has occurred. Any entry that is altered, forged or otherwise manipulated (except for the entrant's signature) to purport to be a winning entry or to deceive the promoters will be deemed void and the holder will be submitted to governmental authorities for appropriate criminal proceedings and the entrant will be disqualified.
