T-Mobile and Sprint teamed up to give you a stronger network and capacity, allowing us to launch Project 10Million. We are committed to help bridge the digital divide by offering Mobile Hotspots with free internet access for students of the Puerto Rico Department of Education.
We offer them to students from kindergarten to fourth grade of the Puerto Rico Department of Education :
FREE Mobile HotSpot with 200GB of internet per year, for 5 years.

Who is Eligible?
Students in kindergarten through fourth grade who are enrolled in a
school within the Puerto Rico Department of Education.
Only one free Hotspot per household.
How can I apply for the free program?
Parents or guardians of students can fill out an online form
by accessing this link.
They must submit the eligibility documents by uploading an image of the student's
Academic Progress Report (grades) or their
Certification of Enrolled Student in the Department of
Education of Puerto Rico. You must also provide the student's
number and school district (PR-01).
How can I receive the free hotspot?
After completing the online application process and being approved, the Hotspot will arrive in the mail with instructions for to be used.
Are you the parent or guardian of an eligible student?
At times of network congestion, Project 10Million customers may notice reduced speeds, compared to other customers, due to data prioritization. Streaming video typically in DVD quality (480p). Limited time offer, subject to change. Limited lines are available for student mobile connectivity. Student eligibility must be verified (enrolled between grades K-12 in a public school from the Puerto Rico Department of Education ). 1 offer per family group. Confirm that your program can accept free devices and/or services. Roaming is not available. The annual data service ends when 200GB or 365 days have been reached. Streaming video to approx. 1.5Mbps. Optimization may affect the video download speed; this does not apply to video uploading. To get the best performance, leave video streaming applications on their default automatic resolution setting. It is possible that optional educational filters may prevent streaming of certain videos or other content. Coverage is not available in all areas.
